Before:
In the Scheduler, it was not possible to allocate a created task that had an estimated time in hundredths of an hour (eg. 0.25 h or 0.75 h). However, if the task had the estimated time only in tenths of an hour (eg. 0.3 h), the allocation went smoothly.
