Before:
An ICS file sent with a meeting invitation did not contain a description of the event due to an HTML tags issue.

Now:
Fixed. An ICS file sent with a meeting invitation does contain a description of the event.

Resource Management: Allocations from project templates are counted into real allocations

Before:
In Resource Management, allocations from project templates were counted into real allocations, which was not expected behavior.

Now:
Fixed. Allocations from project templates are NOT counted into real allocations, neither for users nor for groups.
